Hi everyone. I don’t know why I suddenly decided to tell you this story, but perhaps it was after reading “Stories” by various authors and edited by Neil Gaiman and Al Sarrantonio, I started to think about my own story. A sad little story. If you’re interested, please read ahead.

Aloha.
This is Reiz from Sittingwishingeating.
When Sarah dropped me an email some time back, i was happy to do her a favour of writing a guest post when she’s away.
My summer getaway.
It should be easy to guess the country i went right? : )

Seriously, I would really love to bring all of them back.

Doesn’t this looks familiar, Sarah? : )

Here and There.
Bits and Pieces from different parts of Tokyo.
Hope you guys like it.

Hello I’m from Lazy Jane and promised Sarah I’d blog a post while she’s away. My mind’s a blank and I’ve not done anything fun but pack my room. Then I see the box of pins amassed over the years from places I’ve been led to or stumbled upon myself. There were old shops, hawker stalls, new shops with old things, nice old folks, pushy middle-agers. Good times.

Always had a weakness for birds, can’t go wrong.

Animals are trickier, not sure why.

Cute bugs are my current obsession, so icky interesting.

Same time, other stuff.
Righto that’s all, thanks Sarah for making me do something different and come back soon with more goodies!
Hi folks! Today I’m staying in cause it’s raining out and terribly cold! Not the best time to go out cycling and taking photos which were my intentions. Oh well!
Yesterday I visited Dawn’s school and it was amazing! I didn’t exactly walk around to view everyone’s studio space cause I was a little shy about it, so I just took a look at those around her. Her coursemates were extremely friendly though. It was like you’d smile and say hi to everyone you passed when you didn’t know them! It was really nice.
Everyone’s artwork were unique, some compelling and some were a little disturbing, in a genius way of course. But it was their studio spaces that me the most. The paintbrushes, canvas and all the things that inspired them were strewn all over the place. Dawn’s one was the most colorful! hehe. Let me give you a little tour around!
Her giant marshmallow bag! I could sleep inside of it I think. haha
Love her barcode detailing!
And her giant museli bar!
Dawn hard at work…
Love this painting!
I want this sign for my house! hehe
More photos soon! Have a great day ahead! xoxo
Hi!
This is Marthe from The Freedom Experiment (previously known as Mausumi). While Sarah is away, I have been asked to do a guest post. I feel so honored, since Sarah’s Loft is one of my favorite blogs! I have been living in London this summer, and last sunday I went to Oxford on a day trip. I hope you like my pictures and a little taste of how Oxford looks like:)

This is my reflection in a window on the outskirts of the university campus. What you can see in the background is the meadows right next to Corpus Christi College, which is the most famous of the colleges.

I couldn’t resist capturing some pretty flowers on on of the walls surrounding the college.

This is the two friends that I went to Oxford with. You can see more of the meadows in the background. It was a nice campus, huge lawns and lots of trees.

This is the church of the New College. I loved the windows, they were even prettier in real life than I managed to capture here. A lot of students had written notes for prayer and stitched the note to a board, some were praying for their friends and families, others wanted people to help praying for their dissertations.

This is the famous hallway where the Harry Potter movies were filmed. Do you recognise it? I can only imagine how it must be like to study in such beautiful surroundings. I felt like I was part of a movie, and at the same time I was inspired to read, study, learn.

This picture was taken in the garden behind the New College. Isn’t it beautiful? Again, the campus was more beautiful than I had imagined. The only feeling I left with was a little jealousy, I wish I could study at Oxford too..
Well, I hoped you enjoyed my post. If you want to see more of my posts, feel free to visit my blog over at thefreedomexperiment.com. And thank you Sarah for letting me guest post for you!
Hi loves! It’s 4.30am and I’m still awake doing work while i’m feeling so sick. Somehow it reminds me of college days, without the cold English weather. At least there’s no lecture I can fall asleep to in the morning with classmates poking me just for their enjoyment of seeing me snort. One friend comes to mind - Miss Yuko Sugimoto. Hope you’re doing swell!
While I’m sitting by my desktop, I was reminded by a spread from Inside Out magazine (which was so generously gifted to me by Claire whom I met up with for the first time when she came back to SG for awhile. You are super! And so is your Chanel necklace. Can’t thank you enough.) My desk is currently a mess unlike these desktops which I know are styled and totally unreal, though I actually think some people’s ones do look like that. You freaks! lol. XD
So which desktop are you? I’d like to think I’m a mix between no.2 & 3 but even messier. haha.
xoxo. Great week ahead lovey people.
Today I lost a dear friend. When I first met her three years ago, I was mesmerized by her piercing blue eyes and her beautiful coat of fur. She was quiet, demure and had a sparkle in her eyes which hinted a little playfulness but still poised. The most lovable husky in the world put her paw on my lap and let out a little whimper as if saying “hello, it’s very nice to meet you.”
You know the saying, “All dogs go to heaven”? I believe that and I pray that she’s somewhere up there having her many cans of tunas and having walks in the clouds of cotton candy. I love you Skye and I’ll miss you. xoxo
Hello all! Just in case anyone might suspect me of being dead, I’m alive and kicking, well not so much kicking cause I’ve been sick these couple of days. Yes that’s right! I’m sick again. I think I’m very much prone to illnesses like food poisoning cause of my crap intake. Good delicious food = sinful really bad for you food, but I just can’t help myself. So late Saturday night I attempted to start packing my room and then that had to stop cause by 1 am, I was moaning and groaning on my bed hiding under the blanket shaking terribly. Oh the things I have to suffer just for that plate of tasty garlic mussels. Needless to say, I spent Sunday in bed in a awful mood obviously cause I felt the weekend wasted.By the way, u know how I don’t really show my whole room… I have a reason for that… IT’S A FRIGGING MESS. So good luck to me, cause I’ll be needing it to tread through the “perilous jungle” aka my mess while attempting to clear it up.
Anyways I have way more magazinese than this… especially Frankie. lol. I’m trying to sort everything out according to home/craft/inspiration/cooking downstairs shelf and fashion magazines in the loft. This is going to take awhile…. Gah.
Last week of work! ::::: Love you all! Be back real soon! xoxo
Hello loves! Have you been enjoying your week so far? Mine has been oh-so-bumpy and relatively sleepy. It’s like I’m sleeping in small amounts but alot of them so I’m not sure if that’s good. 2 x 4hr sessions is not as good as one 8 hr session right?
Anyways I have many many things to blog about the next couple of days, but let me start with the TANGS FASHION SHOW I attended recently with Valencia & YiQin. It featured beautiful models dressed in lovely spring frocks by local designers. I have to say, the clothes here were way more appealing to me than the ones from the Harajuku Street Style show. PRETTY GIRLY FROCKS GALORE… I’m SOLD!I have to say, comparing TANGS, ISETAN, TAKASHIMAYA… TANGS has the lovelies this season.
Honest!

momo says hi too!
Hello boys & girls! Just stopping by to say Thanks to everyone who has so far sent me emails in regards to the modeling. If you’re wondering how come I haven’t gotten back to you, don’t fret cause I will soon.
Just that now I need to really figure out what kind of shoot and the whole theme will be and such. I don’t want to too haphazard about it cause that would just be too embarrassing on my part.
Anyways here’s wishing everyone of you a great week ahead! xoxo
