Hi loves! I discovered the rather awesome Mahna Mahna Factory, that has the most inspiring products, unfortunately, based only in Japan. Everything in there makes me want to start crafting again!

Enjoy! xx

Hi loves! It’s 4.30am and I’m still awake doing work while i’m feeling so sick. Somehow it reminds me of college days, without the cold English weather. At least there’s no lecture I can fall asleep to in the morning with classmates poking me just for their enjoyment of seeing me snort. One friend comes to mind - Miss Yuko Sugimoto. Hope you’re doing swell! :D

While I’m sitting by my desktop, I was reminded by a spread from Inside Out magazine (which was so generously gifted to me by Claire whom I met up with for the first time when she came back to SG for awhile. You are super! And so is your Chanel necklace. Can’t thank you enough.) My desk is currently a mess unlike these desktops which I know are styled and totally unreal, though I actually think some people’s ones do look like that. You freaks! lol. XD

So which desktop are you? I’d like to think I’m a mix between no.2 & 3 but even messier. haha.

Hi everyone! Something sweet to share this morning! I was doing my routine visit to FRANKIE’s blog and came across this entry. FRANKIE has produced a new Cookbook, but this time for the those of us with a crazy sweet tooth. I can’t wait to get my grubby hands on a copy. :D

Hi everyone! It’s the last lap for me in terms of annual report season, it should be all cleared by the end of the next week and I’m stoked. Planning how I’m also going to announce my departure from corporate design hell to my bosses. My biggest flaw: guilt. It’s horrible! Even when I do nothing wrong, I still feel guilty.

Anywhooos, I chanced upon this cute little shop the other day and wanted to share. Let me just say I NEED THAT WOODEN CLOUD! click on the image for link :)

On another note, if you’re interested in advertising, please email me! :)

Going to go grab lunch! Later lovelies! xx

You know, I’m really thankful for my blog and even more thankful that I’ve gotten to know so many lovely and not to mention loving people. I’m glad that everyone’s somehow gotten to know me from my blog, even if you’ve never really met me in real life. I am pretty much what I write and what I photograph, though hopefully, I do try to remember to leave out the emo and moody moments of it. I’ve gotten alot of emails from you, letting me know how I’ve inspired you in a certain way and it always makes me very happy. It is not easy to sustain a full-time job and do everything else which I really love doing. Time is always against me and sometimes I do feel like curling up in my bed to hibernate a whole day, but with emails like that from you, it makes me even more inspired to carry on what I do. So really really thanks for all the love in the world!

If you’re wondering why I’m suddenly saying all this, is because I received a package last week from Japan from someone I barely met once. When I saw this huge box sitting on my table, I knew at once who it was from. It was either from her or Santa Claus came really late, though I can’t blame him cause Singapore is very far! haha. Lame, moving on… DEAREST YVONNE sent a parcel FULL OF PRETTY JAPANESE MAGAZINES to me and Charlotte as a gift. Hey Yvonne, just to let you know, Charlotte doesn’t appreciate such things at all, so I’m keeping them with her dropping by the take a look see. hehe. She’s very “awwww”-ed by your very kind token of appreciation. Ahhh, a really really big gift from Japan! My dad as my witness, I was nearly in tears while describing the contents of the box to him, though I think it just thought I probably bought them for myself and passed it off as someone else sending them to me. haha. So thank you Yvonne! When you’re back here, let’s have dinner.

Oh and I’m so excited to show you the raindrops wall stickers I finally purchased from Fine Little Day! I need more I tell you… MORE!

I’d told you I’d be back real soon! I LOVE WEDNESDAYS! xx

Hi lovelies! It’s Thursday already, can you believe it? Actually to be honest, what I can’t believe is how many times I have to tell you how fast time is passing…. lol. I’ve become a little more complacent at work, not lazy, just less eager to please. I’m more like “need to get everything done really fast so I can enjoy the weekend” sort of mode. Typical I suppose. I’m going to color my hair later… hopefully get a nice shade of “not-dark-brown-and-definitely-not-black” sort of color. Oh new phrase “sort of”! How’s the week been going for you? It’s going to be Chinese New Year next weekend and you know alot of people are saying the Year of the Tiger is a really bad year. Just to let you know, I am superstitious. It’s a typical Chinese thing and I’m from a very conservative Chinese family, so you can’t really blame me. Anyways, if you don’t believe in such things, that’s great. It’s bliss to not expect the worst cause imagine how depressing it is thinking the new year is going to be bad for sure. haha.

SPREAD HAPPINESS I SAY AND THE BLUES WILL GO AWAY!

So while digging further into my old hard disk, I found some photos I took in my third year. One look and I think, gawd, I did suck pretty bad not too long ago. Remember I told you I made Jewelry? I used to do some stuff and sell them on ebay. Business was great, so great I didn’t have time to go to classes. I was a bad student. haha. A lot has changed since then. :)

The bird hairband was one of my favourite creations and I would wear it out, cause it’s London!

My bracelets that were inspired by the Disney Couture ones. Nicole Richie wore one and I thought instead of buying, I should just make it!

Too bad I couldn’t bring home the Tutu skirt so I had to sell it. :(

Lotsa love my loves!
xx

p.s to all of you coming to the picnic…… HOOORAH! And for those who can’t make it, don’t worry there’s always the next one. hehe.
